Private Pilates Sessions:
The most beneficial way to maximize your pilates training. Includes reformer, mat, or other equipment.
55 minute sessions

$60 per session

Introductory Special for New Students:
Package of 3 for $145


30 minute sessions
Introduction to Pilates $25
Recommended for individuals new to pilates prior to attending group or a full private sessions.  An introduction of basic pilates principles including some exercises on mat and introduction to reformer.

30 minute private session $30
A "regular" half hour private session is available for those not wishing to do full sessions due to physical limitations or other reasons.


Other Classes

Low Impact Cardio
~Indoor Walking
Beneficial for any fitness level, this class will gently increase your heart rate and burn calories without feeling fatigued.  Consists of a 3 mile walk (march) with additional fat burning moves such as knee lifts, small kicks, arm movements and light weights or theraband.  Great fun and easy on the joints with no difficult choreograph.
